Today’s recipes come were submitted by my friend Tami, one of our uber Zumba regulars! Tami has changed her life since starting Zumba and she has taken her health into her own hands to great success! She’s quite an inspiration. She also happens to be an excellent baker and gardener (and Mom, chauffeur and so much more). Thanks, Tami, for sharing your Zumba love and culinary talents with us all!!!
