Recipe Roundup – Day 13 – Feeling a little Bleu

Working ahead (or behind depending on how you look at it:-)

Today’s theme – Blue – or Bleu. My husband is a fan of bleu cheese. We tried both of these recipes in the past year and enjoyed them. I would modify the “tart” crust probably in both cases if I made them again, but they were good as is too.
